Amount: 3 gallons
Procedure

1. Steeped 1lb Crushed Crsytal and .5lb Crushed Victory Malt at 165F for 20 minutes.

2. Added all LME and started boil.

3. Once boiling I added 2oz of Northern Brewer and 1oz of Nugget hops for bittering.

4. 45 minutes in to the boil I added 1oz of Cascade hops for flavoring.

5. 55 minutes in to the boil I added 1oz of Cascade hops for aroma.

6. Rapidly cooled wort to 70F

7. Wort transfered to fermenter for 10 days.

8. Bottled and aged for 1 month.

9. Enjoy
