| Picked up this kits from Ben's Homebrew. I think it is a Brewer's Best kit. Other than thats its just your run of the mill super hoppy Imperial IPA. |

| A very nice beer with a much darker color than I expected. It turned out really well for my first attempt at home brewing and now it has me HOOKED! I guess its worth mentioning that after about 70 days of aging in bottles it started to pick up some undesirable flavors. So I wouldn't recommend aging it for any longer than 2 months. |

Procedure
1. Steeped 1lb Crushed Crsytal Malt at 165F for 20 minutes. 2. Added all LME and DME and started boil. 3. Once boiling I added 2oz of Chinook hops for bittering. 4. 45 minutes in to the boil I added 1oz of Chinook hops for flavoring. 5. 55 minutes in to the boil I added 1oz of Chinook hops for aroma. 6. Rapidly cooled wort to 70F 7. Wort transfered to fermenter for 10 days. 8. Bottled and aged for 1 month. 9. Enjoy |
